Returns & Refunds

If a fragrance arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, we replace it. Write to casadescenteur@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photograph.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes and attars cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Discovery sets, samples and items purchased during clearance are final sale.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned parcel reaching us. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once a tracking number is generated, the return policy above applies.
